Hello, everyone, and welcome. This is Ilia. And I welcome you to today's episode, I am aware that it has been a couple months since I've posted anything. And that's because behind the scenes, there's a lot of change happening. So in addition to my moving from Massachusetts to Florida,

and getting kind of all those ducks in a row, I have also been thinking a lot about where my next steps are, and really thinking about what the next chapter looks like. And if you've been watching my social media or my website, you'll see that there's change coming. And if you haven't been definitely go and check it out, check out you know, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, all the places, as well as my website, the spectrum strategy group.com. And you can see that things are changing a little bit. And, you know, it's funny, I saw this quote that my, that my husband shared with me, and it says, Trust to the next chapter, because you are the author. And that is resonating very strongly with me right now, in thinking about, you know, the direction of what you know where I'm going, and you know, what I want to do with the podcast, I, I totally think about the podcast is like another child, it is definitely my baby. And I love it. And I really want to be able to focus my attention. As far as the work that I've been doing recently on the podcast. And with that there have been some opportunities that have presented itself, as life usually, you know, does kind of throws things at you to see how you will respond. And so I will actually be taking on a new role, as well. And I'll be chatting about that with you in the coming months. But in taking on a new role working with the autism community, I will be able to connect with a lot of people. And I think we'll we'll see that through that work, I'll be able to also enrich this podcast. And so I'm very excited about that, and very much looking forward to all of the opportunities that will present itself and the information that I can bring with you. You know, as I have been on this process and kind of planning these next steps, I keep thinking about some of the episodes from season one. So I think about the one that I did solo, you know, Episode Four and season one creating your own path. I think about working with Becca Laurie Hector, Episode Five with self defined living, and also episode 52 with Krista habila, you know, building life through a pleasure mindset. And I think in thinking about that I really needed to think about what was it that brought me the most joy. And first, as I mentioned, this podcast brings me tons of joy, I get to meet really great people and get to learn so much from the people that I that I talk to, it pushes my thinking it pushes my boundaries, it helps me learn more, it helps me want to discover more things and really dive into topics and you know, areas that I may not have known about or may not have thought of going into so that I very much appreciate that. And also thinking about, you know, what more what other opportunities could I you know, could I hold on to that can help me again expand and develop and what brings me joy and the other is working definitely one on one with people, whether it's families, whether it's professionals, and you know adults themselves without And I, you know that this position that I will be taking will give me the opportunity to be able to do all of that. And I'm very excited to take that role on so and working with some really amazing people. So, I will bring you more information about that as we move through. But definitely, I feel like I have to, you know, put into practice some people that I have worked with in the past, which is why I mentioned those episodes, and be able to build a life that works for where I am in my current place right now. And, you know, it's funny, you go into situations thinking that you know, what the outcomes going to be that, you know, you know, how things are going to land and how you're going to settle on particularly talking about moving.

And, you know, the new opportunities come up, or you start to reevaluate, and I love where I am, I love how we've settled. But now I have been in that transition, I've been able to kind of unpack a lot of things, personally, and also not just not actually unpack things, but also, you know, in my own person psychologically, and doing work personally been able to unpack a lot of things, as well as, have unloaded, a lot of things that kind of a lot of film full of metaphors right now. But I've been able to kind of unload a lot of things that free me up to, you know, take on new work and take on new challenges. And I didn't anticipate it being like that. So I'm very fortunate to be able to take on this new role. I'm also very excited to be able to bring new content here and bring new collaborations, and really just kind of fresh in fresh in all of my social media and my website. So definitely, like I said, check that out, feel free to join the mailing list so that you can get more information there as well if you have not done that yet. So I look forward to chatting with all of you again, as we come to the end of the year. I also want to wish everyone well, and hopefully, you know, we have new opportunities to look for for everyone in the new year. And you know, again, this has been an interesting year for everyone. It's been full of challenge full of joy, full of new experiences, I think for everyone in pushing everyone's boundaries in all different ways, given all of our circumstances. So I hope that the year has been a good one for all of you. And that next year is full of more joy and more prosperity, and more abundance and love and abundance and all things that bring you pleasure.
